Collapse All Expand All View with Navigation Tools

To delete follow-ups:
 

1. Choose View / View Follow-ups from the menu.
2. In the Follow-ups dialog list select the follow-up or follow-ups you'd like to delete
3. Press the DELETE key on the keyboard.
